    She was born in Keeseville on November 18, 1924, the daughter of Alfred and Georgiana (Frazier) Tellier. She grew up in Keeseville and graduated from Keeseville Central School in 1941.

    She married T. Edward Bombard in 1946. He predeceased her on May 23, 2000.
